Martin Court is a transitional Supportive Housing project which includes on-site Case Management programs for homeless, disabled individuals and homeless families. The property is located in the Georgetown area of South Seattle, and is named for social worker and activist Joe Martin. Features include playground, onsite laundry, and community room.
Units: 28 studio, 11 one-bedroom, and 2 two-bedroom
Eligibility: Income, if any, must be verifiable as less than 30% of Area Median Income (AMI). Homeless transitional units further require 3rd party verification of homelessness, and willingness to cooperate with on-site Case Management services. Residents must pass a background check.
How to Apply: Martin Court does not accept applications. Please do not contact the property directly. Family Placement (for one and two bedrooms) is done by referral from Coordinated Entry for All (CEA) only. Single and/or Couples Placement is done by referral from a social services case manager, please consult with them. If social services case managers have questions, please call Martin Court Case Management at 206-763-5387.
