The Fleetwood Apartments are located in downtown Olympia, within walking distance of the State Capitol, shopping, restaurants and bus services.
Units: 43 studio apartments. 11 of those units are for homeless Veterans.
The Fleetwood is a supportive housing project with case management services, and intensive case management services for homeless Veterans.
Eligibility & Application info:
Income must be verifiable as less than 30% of the Area Median Income (AMI). All applicants are screened for criminal and residential history, and must provide 3rd party verification of homelessness.
This community does not accept portable screening reports.
- Homeless Veterans seeking Transitional Supportive Housing must be referred through: American Lake VA Medical Center, Homeless Veterans Program Office, (253) 583-2825.
- Non-veterans seeking Permanent Supportive Housing: Please contact our partner agency, Community Action Council, at (360) 438-1100 or visit their website. Community Action Council (CAC) offers the pre-screening and placement required to be placed on our waitlist. We do not accept applications without a referral from CAC.
