June Leonard Place features 48 units, including 1 bedroom, and 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom apartments in a 5-story building in downtown Renton. The project will target lower wage earners, homeless households including families with children and homeless veterans. The project will open in February 2019.
The building is located near transportation, parks, schools, and shopping and provides excellent access to transit in a walkable neighborhood where most essential amenities, services and retail are within blocks of the development
