Valid photo identification will be required of all applicants. Additional requested documentation or information must be provided within 72 to continue the application process. Valid photo identification will be required of all applicants. Also, we do not accept comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports at t his time. In this case, LIHI will access it’s own tenant report regarding prospective tenant.  Section 8 welcome.​
