MAINTENANCE
WORKER:

REPORTS TO: Special Projects Manager
HOURS: Part-time, 24 - 32 hours/week
PAY RANGE: $12.55 - 15.79 per hour DOE
BENEFITS: Fulltime positions receive: Vacation, Sick Leave, Medical, Vision,
Dental, Life/Disability, and Retirement. For part-time staff, eligibility
for some benefits depend on the number of hours worked and may be
pro-rated.

The Low Income
Housing Institute (LIHI) is a private non-profit developer, owner,
and manager of affordable housing.
The Maintenance Worker will be primarily responsible for
conducting routine janitorial, painting, preventative maintenance,
and limited skill level maintenance and apartment preparation for
rental work for LIHI’s properties in the Auburn area.

This is a unionized position, represented by Local 8 of the Office of Professional Employees International Union.
